Primary care & behavioral health services - prism health delivers primary care and behavorial health services to the general public with an emphasis on providing culturally relevant, affirming and non-judgmental care to the lgbtq+ community. Prism health opened for patients on May 2, 2017. In the year ending June 30, 2020 prism health saw a total of 1,027 new patients.
