Tgrcnm offers free HIV testing and is a syringe exchange site. During 2019, tgrcnm provided 235 rapid HIV tests, 1 community conversation, and 60 one- on-one interactions with people who are at higher risk for HIV. Through the services of the syringe exchange program, tgrcnm collected 713,977 syringes and dispersed 1,069,086 during approximately 3,000 interactions. Approximately 1,200 doses of naloxone were distributed in 2019.
