Callen-lorde offers a comprehensive, integrated program of quality medical and mental health services under a primary care model, which emphasizes preventative health and wellness. All of clchc's services have been shaped by community need, and include comprehensive primary care, adolescent/young adult services, urgent/episodic care, gynecology, family planning, HIV and sexually transmitted infection screening and treatment services, health education/treatment adherence counseling, dentistry, psychiatry, individual and group psychotherapy, community outreach, and care coordination. In fy 2020, clchc provided 86,853 visits.
