Raiseachild creates and produces multi-media outreach campaigns to educate and recruit prospective foster and adoptive parents for approximately 443,000 children in the u.S. Foster care system. These campaigns target various communities including the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (lgbt) community, the black and latino communities, single adults, and all people equally interested in building loving families for foster children. Incorporated within this campaign effort is a monthly series on ktla 5 entitled "let love define family" in which raiseachild features success stories of foster and adoptive families.Through its outreach program and colaborative partnerships with other organizations, raiseachild expanded its national database from 9,600 prospective foster and adoptive parents in 2018 to 16,000 in 2019.

Raiseachild conducts educational events for prospective foster and adoptive parents. These events target the lgbt community, the latino community, single adults, and all people equally, inspiring all to begin the process to build families through fostering and adoption.With a 2019 schedule of seventeen educational events, raiseachild hosted and engaged with over one thousand prospective foster and adoptive parents in los angeles county.

Through its parent advocate program, raiseachild has helped thousands of prospective parents across the United States complete the foster/adoption approval process, which typically takes nine to twelve months to complete. The organization also assisted in the placement of over 900 foster children into homes of raiseachild parents.
