Truevolution engages in a wide-range of outreach, health education and community engagement activities that compliments and enhances our direct services. They host 56 outreach events that have engaged over 5,000 young people of color.

Behavioral health services and care prevention- this program primarily targets HIV positve and sexually active negatives latinos and african americans living in san bernandino and riverside counties. Health services links or relinks HIV and high-risk individuals into testing services, core medical services and support services that are necessary to them so that they improve their treatment adherence and maintenance of their individual medical care.

Truevolution offers emergency supportive housing for clients displaced within the riverside county jurisdiction. At the moment, truevolution's contracted motel vendor is located in the city of riverside
