Drop in wellness center: baltimore safe haven operates a drop-in health and wellness center which serves as a central services hub for transgender community in baltimore city living in survival mode. Services include case management, harm reduction education and materials, free meals, supplies and resources and community fellowship.
Mobile outreach: baltimore safe haven manages a mobile outreach program which delivers in-person health and wellness services to people living in survival mode as street-based sex workers, drug users and people experiencing homelessness.
Civic engagement: baltimore safe haven provides opportunities for transgender people in baltimore city who have lived experience with being in survival mode to reach their fullest potential through community events, state and local policy advocacy and speaking opportunities.
