All Programs

Community engagement - we provide a weekly support group, maintain a statewide resource and referral hotline, and do community outreach and engagement to ensure communities know about our services. In 2018, we had over 2,000 visits to our weekly peer led support groups, hosted dozens of community events for transgender and gender diverse communities, and responded to over 525 requests from transgender and gender diverse communities via our resource and referral program.

Economic justice - we provide direct services to support community members to find stable employment, housing, and other vital resources that aid in their overall stability. In 2018, we dispersed over 20,000 of community financial assistance to transgender and gender diverse community members. We also provided on-going direct services to 250 trans and gender diverse community members to address barriers to employment and/or amdending idenity documents.

Healthcare access - we provide direct medical advocacy services to support community members in finding healthcare providers, specialty referrals, sign up for insurance and navigate insurance denials. We also work directly with healthcare providers to support their learning and ability to provide appropriate care to our communities. In 2018 we added over 65 healthcare providers to our healthcare provider consult group. We also provided on-going direct services to 250 trans and gender diverse community members to address barriers to healthcare access.
