Community services: these programs include HIV testing, linkage to HIV medical care, prep/pep navigation and access, health education, psychosocial support, transgender health navigation, community empowerment programs, and outreach. The community services department's in-house services support over 7,000 clients per year and outreach services reach another 20,000 individuals.

Behavioral health & wellness: these programs include swc's outpatient medical clinic, nutrition services, vitamin shop, behavioral health counseling, and medical and supportive case management. These services are designed to provide health care, improve quality of life, and reduce side effects of HIV medications and HIV and are available to approximately 3,000 clients per year. Swc clinics also provide learning opportunities for medical, counseling, and naturopathic student interns.
