General programs include but are not limited to the following: transgender programs including employment clinics, queer and transgender people of color leadership academy, a weekly newsletter, a variety of community events and trainings, renting space to outside organizations and a program for 18 to 25 year olds.

Out boulder county is the producer of two pride festivals: boulder pridefest (the second largest in the state) and longmont pridefest. In 2019, over 9,000 attended events and activities associated with our pride festivals. Over 150 vendors tabled at the events. Many corporations sponsor the events which include a full line-up of entertainers and a youth and family area.

Out boulder county's out youth program (13 to 18 year olds) has four separate groups: middle school group, high school group, a youth of color group and a group for all youth ages. Additionally, out boulder county provides a variety of youth events including the night of noise and a lgbtq dance. In 2019 out boulder county had its first youth camping trip.
