Services include medical case management, transportation, permanent supportive housing, rental and utility assistance, HIV testing, HIV prevention and education, meals program, outreach, medication and benefit assistance, adherence support and youth services for persons who are lgbtq and persons with HIV/aids.

The 340b pharmacy program is a federal program operated by the office of pharmacy affairs at hrsa. The organization registered as a covered entity in the 340b program and became eligible to purchase HIV and HIV related outpatient drugs at reduced prices from participating drug manufacturers. The organization contracts with pharmblue LLC in order to operate as a full service pharmacy to its clients beginning May 2013. The program allows our medical case managers to more closely monitor medication adherence to HIV care. All individuals participating in the pharmacy program are also enrolled in our medical case management program.
